G.A’S The G.A.’s are collecting tabs from aluminum cans. Put them in Room 135 or see Jennifer Reed.
YOUNG AT HEART The March activity will be to attend the RBA Spring Senior Adult Rally on Mar. 23. The program will be held at Trinity Baptist Church on Six Forks Rd. from 9:30 – 1:00 p.m. The bus will leave Longview at 8:30 a.m. Cost is $10.50 which includes lunch. See the YAH bulletin board for details and menu. Bill Leslie of WRAL will be a featured performer. Money is due to Sandra Reiner by Mar. 14.
CAFÉ The CAFÉ will meet Saturday, March 13 at the church at 6:00 p.m. for dinner and the movie “Flywheel.” SENIOR SINGLES BANQUET Co-Ed III & IV S. S. classes are hosting a Senior Singles banquet on Saturday, March 13, at 1:00 p.m. in the church fellowship hall. Invitations are in the mail! CHURCH COUNCIL: EASTER MISSIONS OFFERING Our goal is $1,000.00. You can give to either CBF or Annie Armstrong. If you do not designate, it will go to CBF. So far we have $105.00 for CBF. Envelopes are in the pews. YOUNG AT HEART YAH April trip to Amish Country in PA is April 13-15. Cost is $215 per person, $430 a couple. The Spring Senior Adult Rally at Trinity Baptist is March 23. Cost is $10.50. Payment is due today for both trips! BOOK CLUB Monday, March 15, 2:00 p.m. at the church – 7:00 p.m. at the home of Brenda Thomas– book – The Associate by John Grisham. SPAGHETTI DINNER FUNDRAISER The Brotherhood will host a fundraiser on Saturday, March 20, 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. - Spaghetti & meatballs, salad, dessert - $8 Adults - $5 kids 12 & under. Proceeds go to the Family Life Center. Buy tickets today! WOM are asked to provide desserts. Sign up at the WOM (pink) bulletin board! YOUTH PAINTBALL Teens will go play paintball on Sunday, March 21 after the 10:55 a.m. service. They will need to bring a change of clothes. They will stop for a fast food lunch. Cost is $35.00. Payment is due today! BUILDING & GROUNDS CMTE.: SOFTBALL PRACTICE Lions Park – Lions #1 SB Field, Tuesday, March 23, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. EASTER CANTATA Join us Sunday, March 28 at 10:55 a.m. for the presentation of “East to West” by our Adult Choir. CONGRATULATIONS! Congratulations to these winners of the Raleigh Baptist Association’s RA/GA Car Race: Carson Hinnant – 2nd Place for Mission Project (Boys 1-3) Kaylie Carter – 1st Place for Mission Project (Girls 1-3) Kaylie Carter – 1st Place for Fastest Car (Girls 1-3) Anna Lane – 1st Place for Most Unusual Car Design (Girls 1-3) TEAMKID TeamKid will resume again on January 10th.
The TeamKID begins at 4:00 p.m.
Schedule is as follows: 4:00-4:45p – Lesson, 4:45-5:15p – Recreation, 5:15-5:45p – Dinner,
5:45-6:30p – Music (grade & middle school) & Preschool Crafts.
All church members are invited to the dinners. Cost is $5 for adults and $3.50 for children ages 3-12.
You have to make reservations for the meal the Wednesday prior.

Join the team! CHURCH COOK BOOKS
The church cook books have arrived! If you would like a cook book, they are available in Room 118 (2nd & 3rd grade classroom) or see Kim Hill. Cost of the cook books is $10. All proceeds will go to the Family Life Center Fund. WEDNESDAY EVENING SCHEDULE
Our regular Wednesday evening schedule of programs resumes on August 5th. The schedule will be as follows til end of June: 5:30 p.m. – Fast Food Fellowship 6:30 p.m. – Prayer Meeting Mission Friends R.A.’s & G.A’s Youth DiscipleLife Discipleship Training 7:00 p.m. – Preschool Choir 7:30 p.m. – Adult Choir C.A.F.E.’ – CHRISTIAN ADULT FELLOWSHIP ENCOUNTERS Check out the C.A.F.E.’s new bulletin board to find out about this group. For more info you can also contact Kevin Hinnant. NURSERY WORKERS The church is currently looking for two persons willing to be paid part-time to provide supervision
to our Nursery area on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. We are looking to hire non-church members, so if you know of anyone let the church know. Spanish Language Church

FAMILY LIFE CENTER FUND
The Family Life Center Fund is a separate fund from the general contributions. When you make a contribution to the Family Life Center, please write a separate check to this fund! We have two separate checking accounts, one for general fund and one for the Family Life Center! We cannot separate one check between the two accounts.
