Women On Mission
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

Women on Mission (WOM) is a missions organization for all women of our church (ages 18 years and up). WOM seeks to spread the love of Jesus -- at home, abroad, and everywhere in between -- through missions projects and leading by example. The ladies of WOM are always looking for new ways to brighten someone’s day!
Past WOM activities have included:
- Operation Christmas Child shoebox ministry
- Macaroni & Cheese food drive for Urban Ministries
- Gift cards for college students
- Longview Ladies fellowship nights (“Fall Fling” 2010 and “Summer Soiree” 2011)
Ongoing/future activities include:
- Providing lunch each quarter at the Helen Wright Center
- Thanksgiving food drive for local families in need
- Baskets/Visits for Homebound Members
- Whatever we think of next!
Monthly meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. August through May.
